This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the sales strategy and execution - from identifying and engaging top publishers and media partners to closing high-value deals and designing the frameworks that will define Kueez’s future revenue engines.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and close partnerships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, and media networks worldwide.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across the programmatic ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align solutions with partner needs.
- Lead and mentor a lean team of fractional sales consultants and a BDR, ensuring high performance, accountability, and clarity of objectives.
- Design and optimize sales processes that increase conversion rates, predictability, and scale.
- Own HubSpot CRM operations - from pipeline management to automation and reporting.
- Track, analyze, and present KPIs and insights to leadership.
- Stay on top of market trends, competition, and emerging ad-tech innovations.
- Leverage AI tools for lead enrichment, outreach personalization, and forecasting.
- Lead by example - establish and refine a consultative, data-driven sales culture.
